i have been doing my work for 37 years since 1989, starting in a mall where I worked 3 years (the shortest I worked of most of my jobs), I worked in another mall a few years later and they said most times “were not that mall”. over the years I have seen and been involved in many situations, for many year I worked alone, and when I had a second person working with me, they usually didn’t do much because they were working one day and they figured since I work most of the time full time I should know more than them about what to do.
